Every boxing session is a full-body workout, guaranteed! Although you punch with your arms, you have to maintain a lot of core and lower body strength. Our conditioning is next level with lots of cardio training and boxing movements. Our womens boxing lessons are just a lot of fun! There’s an element of active play involved that you won’t get from traditional training.

A pair of Handwraps (R150 from us), comfy clothes & sneakers with good support.
